Jonathan Y - Solene 11.75" 1-Light Modern Contemporary Adjustable Metal/Glass Dome LED Pendant - Black/White

This conical pendant light fixture has retro flair for a mid-century home, yet simple enough for a modern farmhouse. The large glass shade is accented by minimalist fittings in a sleek nickel finish. A single Edison-style LED bulb provides warm, bright light over the kitchen island, dining room table, desk or bedroom nightstand.

The glass pendant first became popular around the turn of the century, when homes were switching from gas lighting (which required glass shades) to electric. The ability to show wealth by exposing your bulbs, and therefore your trendy new electricity, was one of the first home decor trends in lighting. Still as relevant today as then, this styles evokes the classic though it features upgrades like chromed metal, adjustable hanging lengths, and LED compatibility -- so you rarely have to get on the ladder to change the bulb.

Industrial touches like the cage design of this pendant light add farmhouse charm to a kitchen island or dining room. An LED bulb provides plenty of light, while the black metal finish blends easily with rustic or industrial decor. Perfect for rustic and farmhouse look.
