A: This JVC included free installation, unfortunately I would have had to wait about a week to get it done by Best Buy. I opted to do the installation myself, it was easy, it took an a hour or so.
A: This has to do with wiring. Over the internet, we cannot see why. We recommend bringing it in to see which wires are crossed
