This Kenwood multimedia in-dash radio for my Silverado is outstanding cost a little bit of money well worth it all the review is including all the hardware I had to get extra to make it work and I've included pictures of what it they are below instead of writing separate review so together they all working Harmony and they make my JBL concert series speakers just sound incredibly crystal clear just like being in a concert the radio separates everything it's got all the controls to do everything it's all hands-free you can send it texts by just talking receive a text it'll tell you everything's hands-free it's it's just great navigation system is incredible twice the only girl back they only have one installer but he's done at 25 years it took me 33 days to get in but he had that thing in no Time professional I would have done my USB different if I'd have known he was little girl hole in the back of my compartment and just run the wire and drop it there I'd have had him just lay it out there to where I could cut a hole in the plastic and mount it in there and make it look professional but I understand times money but I would have I would have finished that part of myself and it's great having a backup camera too that I can see if a kid gets down behind me when I'm not looking beautiful radio colors outstanding nothing on the market just as clear as this it's even better than a CD. And if you ever sell the vehicle you can take it in he'll uninstall it put the stock stereo back in and put it in your new vehicle no charge or if you sell the vehicle with an in it you just hand them the receipt the paperwork and it's a transferable free removal and installation can't beat that I haven't found that anywhere else in years. And I went ahead and bought the four year protection plan so after the year warranty of the manufacturer than the four year kicks in that's 5 years of warranty for $49.99 can't beat that either good price

The radio works as advertised. There is quite a learning curve to find where everything is buried in the menu's. Kenwood needs to put a knob on this radio. Push buttons are too hard to find quickly, I don't like taking my eyes off the road. You have to keep the radio in standby mode for the backup camera to work and to have a clock displayed on the screen. The wiring diagram for the Kenwood radio and Kenwood backup camera could be more explicit. Had to scratch my head a few times and watch some You tube videos. The Garmin navigation works but several times it wanted me to turn into a grassy field. My 13 year old Magellan was more reliable..... The Kenwood backup camera does help with hooking up a trailer. I do like how the radio can be on and the navigation will show upcoming streets in the display. All the features are buried deep within menu's making the radio complex to use but it works as advertised.

Installed in a 2001 Jeep TJ of course I had to modify the jeep a little to get it to fit and I was prepared with the correct bezel and mounting kit and wiring harness for the TJ. After a flawless dash modification and Kenwood DNX577S install I also installed the Kenwood Dash Cam. I did have a problem configuring the dash cam to the head unit and with the Best Buy floor Mgr in Meridian MS we were able to solve the programming in the parking lot.
