Q: How often should the Keurig be cleaned?
A: Similar to other household appliances, Keurig coffee makers require basic maintenance in order to keep them clean and functioning properly. For best results, we recommend descaling every 3-6 months using our descaling solution to keep the coffee maker free from scale or lime build up. Vinegar may also be used. The water reservoir should be cleaned weekly by wiping it with a damp, soapy, lint-free, non-abrasive cloth and rinsing thoroughly. We hope this helps!
Q: Does this this replace the regular line scale removing. Is this all you need to clean?
A: No it does not. The rinse pods clean the part of the machine that dispenses the coffee. The descaler solution cleans the inside of the machine and should be used every few months.
