No it does not. The rinse pods clean the part of the machine that dispenses the coffee. The descaler solution cleans the inside of the machine and should be used every few months.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Thanks for your question. Keurig Rinse Pods are a simple, fast, and convenient way to reduce flavor carry-over between brews. Regular descaling of your coffee maker is still required, this is simply an easy way of cleaning the needles of your coffee maker. Hope this helps!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have very hard water so descaling for the lime buildup is very important. Now, truth be told.....when the automatic notice for descaling comes up and I don't have time then, I will use the rinse pod as a stop gap measure so to speak. However, it is not intended to be used in place of regular descaling.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No, you still need to do a vinegar/water full tank cycle once a month. The final vinegar cup I brewed came out clean, then I used a rinse pod and it flushed out a ton more grounds from the k cup caddy, not sure how but it did.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If you live in a hard water area,I would suggest the lime scale remover .
