Quality tablets and packs have been proven better than powder, liquid, or gel detergents at reducing filming on dishes. Using tablets and packs over time will start to reduce or eliminate white film. They are suitable for all water hardness and soil levels. Also, by using a rinse aid, you can minimize repeat buildup of white film (not all packs and tablets contain rinse aid). Always place premeasured detergents in main compartment and close lid. The Pre-Wash indicator on the dispenser lid is for customers who use powder or gel detergent and wish to add an amount of detergent to the Pre-Wash cycle. The volume of detergent added here is approximately 8 cubic centimeters, if filled full and level. Any detergent added here would be immediately added to the wash when the cycle starts versus detergent inside the dispenser which is added during the main wash cycle. NOTE: Follow instructions on the package when using other dishwasher detergent types. ■ Use automatic dishwasher detergent only. Quiet and actually dries your dishes!
After comparing many options, decided to splurge and purchase this dishwasher to replace an old dishwasher in our home. Its is quiet, spacious with the 3rd rack, and your dishes are spotless and dry when the cycle is complete. It does have a longer run time but worth it in my opinon for the benefits (putting away dishes is joy now). The dishwasher has the stainless interior, a sturdy build, and feels made to last for many years to come! Great purchase!

Great dishwasher
Awesome Dishwasher, super quiet. Love the 3rd rack that actually has space to put things on. The door can be set to pop open after the cycle is finished.
