A: Hi Lisa, The Flex Edge Beaters can be used on the cordless hand mixer.
Q: Do these beaters whip heavy cream into whipped cream faster than metal-only beaters? Thanks
A: Hi annsb, the flex edge beater is not designed to whip heavy cream, but instead scrape the sides of the bowl to reduce mixing time. The Wire Whip is the accessory meant for incorporating air into and whipping the heavy cream into whipped cream.
Q: Will these beaters work on Breville hand mixer?
A: Hi Simon, KitchenAid does not test their accessories for compatibility with other brands.
