I have a relative low basement ceiling and wanted to use ceiling speakers for side surround sound speakers for the home theater. All my other speakers are Klipsch. Taking them out of the box, I was first impressed with how well them seem to be made. The instructions are good and these were a snap to install. Truly, they cannot get much easier. If you have to take one out because you forgot and left your flashlight in the ceiling opening,...well, that is easy too. With my surround sound receiver, I am able to isolate the sound of each speaker pair. I am quite pleased with the sound, both with the TV and with music. Both highs and lows are reproduced well. These are not high end speakers so don't expect sound that knocks your socks off but, for the price they do a good job. As surround speakers, they add a dimension that was missing before and do it well. If I have any complaints, the aluminum cover is a bit flimsy and will bend easily so be careful when you are putting it on. The look just fine and unobtrusive once installed.

These speakers were recommended to us by the Geek Squad when we installed surround sound. The installation of these speakers (3 of them) was very professional and they have greatly improved the sound of our TV and audio equipment. I wish I had installed them a year ago. Additionally, they are much more attractive than other speakers I have seen.

I now have these speakers in 6 rooms. I had Bose Speakers in one room and surprisingly the sound didn't compare, so they got replaced too. They were easy to install - the most cumbersome aspect was running all the speaker wire to central location. Remember to purchase something to cover the speakers if they are in your attic to keep dust out - A problem here in the desert.

These speakers were the first thing I bought for my new kitchen, about 9 months ago. I specifically wanted Klipsch because I like their "warm" sound. My LR speakers are also Klipsh. The kitchen is finished and the speakers are in. They sound great and blend into the ceiling nicely. My contractor, who used to do sound for bands, went out and bought the same speakers for his kitchen!

Both speakers sound great in the movie room. Definitely recommend

An easy install in my flush mount suspended ceiling. I used a piece of 1/2 inch plywood fastened to the floor joists as the ceiling is only meant to support the ceiling tiles.

Really sound great for the price. Well worth it. I put them in our kitchen and the sound has really reached throughout the room.

I bought ten speakers to do my living room and theater in surround sound. The company that wired my house wanted to charge me $99/hr to install speakers. (Their speakers were $160 each!) I think I saved about $500 in labor doing the install myself, and $600 on the speakers.

I bought these speakers to replace some that used to sit on the floor behind my TV viewing sofa. Unfortunately my grandkids decided they were good stepping stools - and since the speakers were facing upwards, well let me just say that was not the best way to take care of those old speakers. Now with the ceiling mounted speakers, I do not have to worry about the grandkids ruining them. So far I am pleased with the speakers and they do work well when I play a Blu-Ray video that has good stereo/dolby sound. I used the boxes they were shipped in - upside down over the speakers, next to the drywall in the attic, to keep the insulation from getting into the speaker area.

Very very happy with the sound these guys make. Was looking at less expensive but glad I stuck with them.

Very easy install. Good full sound. Better low end than the Yamaha speakers

I was very skeptical about in-ceiling speakers. In the past, I have known them to sound boxy and vibrate the ceiling or wall where they are installed. These are amazing. Not only are they "vibration-free", but the sound is very crisp as well. I have four of these in the ceiling in the rear of my home theater, with a pair of vintage electrostatic Magnepans (the ones with the true mylar ribbon tweeters) and Pioneer tower speakers for the front channels (A+B), with a Polk center channel. I am powering everything through a Pioneer Elite VX-53 receiver, with a Sony Elite Series STRDA-3100ES as a secondary amplifier/receiver. I have a true 9.1 setup and it wouldn't sound anywhere near as good as it does if I didn't have those rear channel Klipsch's installed. It blends amazingly well. I prefer these much more than my Bose rear channel speakers. The sound quality and clarity is double that of the Bose.

Put these in the restaurant I run, they look great, can barely even notice their there and they have great sound quality. Now I'm installing more in another restaurant. They were a grat buy.
