LeAnn Rimes - Twisted Angel - COMPACT DISCS [CD]

This album consists of material recorded prior to Rimes' best-selling 1996 national debut, Blue. The program includes such time-tested staples of Rimes' live show as InchCowboy's Sweetheart,Inch InchI Will Always Love You,Inch InchBlue Moon of Kentucky,Inch and InchUnchained Melody.Inch As amazing as it is to hear a voice this powerful and polished coming from a 15-year-old girl in 1997, it's even more amazing to consider that she was only 10 or 11 when most of these recordings were done. What's not so amazing are the five contemporary country numbers, which point to the problem Rimes continues to face in finding new material worthy of her once-in-a-generation vocal abilities.

The music and the response are certainly impressive, but who could have believed that this mature, richly textured voice could be emanating from a mere 13-year old. In fact, the version of InchBlueInch being played on radio all over the country was recorded when LeAnn was 12 years old. It is predicted that, despite her youth, LeAnn Rimes is one of the very few new artists in the genre that will stand out from the crowd. First single/video InchBlue.Inch Other emphasis tracks include InchHurt MeInch and InchThe Light in Your Eyes.Inch

2005 album from the country-pop superstar features 12 tracks including InchI Want to with YouInch, InchYou Take Me HomeInch, & InchSomething's Gotta GiveInch.
