Had the case for two months. Well it's broken. The l.E.D light doesn't come on and wont download updated software. I now need to buy another case because it drains my phone battery. Nice when it worked sucks now. Anybody know if its warintied.

I bought this case 06/21/2019. After 3 hours of owning it, I drove back to best buy to return it. The case feels good, looks good with the digital display, and is slim... That's where the positive ends. The credit card slot is not functional, as the case wouldn't close with one inserted into the slot. There is no magnet to hold the case closed, and I feared if I were to accidentally drop the phone the case would open and bye bye phone. It felt awkward holding the phone while the case was open due to the fact that the flap is wider than the back so there was instability while holding it. Overall, I would not recommend this case... As it has too many flaws.

I first got this case for my S9+ & bought it again for when I got my S10+. It covers the entire phone (when closed), it is in there nice & snug so it has no chance of just 'falling out'. I like the LED features, can see whos calling, volume, charging % on the phone case. Plus I like how you can change or make your own icons for specific contacts. Example: my SO is a heart & my kid is a head with a sideways hat. No problems turning up/down the volume or using bixby as the case handles those effortlessly. I like how there is a slot for a credit card. With my S9+ case it eventually merged into holding 3 CC's (by my choice, slowing making it work that way). I highly recommend this type of case, it covers the phone, so no accidental damage to the screen, it stays in there nice & tight & I love how I can change the icons for the LED on the case.

I enjoy this case, and the fact that you are able to customize the LED and what it shows on the app, and then pair it to a certain app or contact on your phone. My only reasoning for not giving it a 5 star review is that it doesn't stay closed when its sitting on the table or flat surface. I wish it stayed close somehow, and also I wish that it was offered in other colors but I didn't see anything besides the charcoal color at the time. Also the LED is a bit limiting when even customizing the lights, and I wish there were more of them to be able to actually write a name well or draw a figure... overall its still a great case though and I have continued to use it.

The LED display on the cover is a great idea! I really like the functionality and idea but you can't use the phone with one hand. The cover flap when flipped over to the back is larger than the phone so your hand is grasping the cover, not the phone. I ended up returning the case for one with no flap but I miss the notification and music control function. The inner card slot is only good for one card so I would not use it because the case is very tight on tolerances and it presses up on the screen and the cover will not close completely.
