A: Yes, model number 81LW005PUS ships with a built in CD/DVD drive.
Q: Is it possible to upgrade the 8GB RAM memory to 16 or greater?
A: This model is not user upgradable. A certified technician must do all of the work, so as to not void the warranty. This configuration ships with 4GB RAM soldered to the motherboard. There is one RAM memory slot with an additional 4GB RAM. This can be replaced by your certified technician with an 8GB RAM stick, for a system total of 12GB of RAM.
Q: Does this have a sd card slot
A: Negative. There is no SD Card slot on this laptop. I just use a small usb- to-SD adapter instead.
Q: Can I switch this model out of windows 10 home s mode to normal windows 10 home?
