A: I just when through this trying to upgrade my Legion T5 26AMR. I originally wanted to upgrade 64GB and purchased and installed CORSAIR Vengeance RGB Pro 64GB (2 x 32GB) from Best Buy. Upon installation it was underclocked at 2133 instead of the 3200. Called Lenovo Tech support, I was told my machine was ONLY expandable to 32GB and that I voided my warranty because it was not withing spec. I returned the memory and then purchased CORSAIR - VENGEANCE PRO 32GB (2PK x 16GB) and installed. This also was showing under clocked. I called Lenovo Tech support again, I was told then that my machine was expandable to 128GB of RAM. I finally returned the Vengeance sticks and bought 32GB RAM from Crucial memory. I can happily say i now have 32GB running at 3200MHz. I believe its because the Lenovo bios has no support for XMP profiles. Please google Lenovo Legion and XMP profiles, its sad that there is no support for it in a gaming PC. What a headache and I am not too fond of Lenovo Tech support.
Q: Is this pc compatible with high demanding games such as apex legends and or other large titles?
A: I play games using PS5, (God of War) and I have a subscription with World of Warcraft. I've had this computer for almost two years. It's extremely quiet without problems with fans. It has a mesh top and front sides, so there's no problem with heat that I ever experienced. The expert reviewer was wrong. It has 4 usbs, so I don't know why the low, so-called expert review. I used honey and, at the time paid $1,300 including tax. This is on sale for $800 approx. It's an excellent price. With the graphic card, I don't think you'd find a better price. I highly recommend.

Q: If the desktop were to stop working and not start properly how much would it cost to be fixed
A: That will depend on the nature of the problem causing the system shutdown. Once you have setup your new PC, and before you start truly using the PC for what you purchased it for, create recovery media. This may allow you to restart your computer and repair issues that are software-based. Here is a link to instructions for creating a recovery media drive: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/create-a-recovery-drive-abb4691b-5324-6d4a-8766-73fab304c246. If your PC stops working and you do not have recovery media available, you can use another computer to go online to: https://pcsupport.lenovo.com/. Here you can select your specific computer model by inputting its serial number. You can select diagnostics and see a list of troubleshooting tips for your specific problem. You can also call Lenovo Legion Ultimate Support about issues with your Lenovo Legion Tower 5 at: 888-278-9707. Check with the Geek Squad Agent on the phone about the cost to evaluate your computer's problem before repairs are made as well.
