Q: If I am buying this with the matching dryer, which stacking kit would I need? This is a 24" inch width unit, and the two stacking kits you sell are for 27" and 29" inch units

A: Hi, no need to buy a stacking kit, it comes with it. They place it inside the dry as it's very small Enjoy

Q: The spec says that this machine is 24 inches wide...my doorway is 24 inches wide....can it fit through the door?

A: I would say no. A true 24" door would have a 24" opening with trim on either side. This trim is usually 1/4" to 5/16" wide reducing the width by ½" or more. Also, the door would take away another 1-½" or so unless you took it off.

Q: Is it a ventless dryer that is partnered with this washer?

A: The DLEC888W is a ventless dryer that can be used side by side with a washing machine. ^CP

Q: Hello for the washer WM1388HW it says it is compatible and stackable with the DLEC888W dryer. But the stacking kit you guys sell is for 27" washers. So how do I stack these together?

A: It comes with the stackable kit , you don’t have to buy it and is the right size

Q: Can you add or remove items from the wash mid-cycle easily with this washer?

A: Garments can be added or removed after the cycle is started. 1 Press the Start/Pause button. 2 The door lock is released to open the door. 3 Add or remove laundry. 4 To continue the cycle, press the Start/Pause button again. The cycle, continues automatically. For safety reasons, the door remains locked when the water level or temperature is high. It is not possible to add laundry during this time. ^CP

Q: Will a King size comforter fit in this washer?

A: The ENERGY STAR® Qualified LG 2.3 cu. ft. Front Load Washer in White, Model # WM1388HW will not accommodate a King Size Comforter. You need a washer with a capacity of at least 3.5 cubic feet to accommodate a Queen Size Comforter and at least 3.8 cubic feet to accommodate a King Size Comforter. ^CP

Q: What is the height of this machine. Do you have any front loaders that are 33” high

A: The W x H x D dimensions for the ENERGY STAR® Qualified LG 2.3 cu. ft. Model # WM1377HW are: 24”x 33 1/2”x 25 1/4”. 1" clearance on all sides of the washing machine are needed for water lines, the drain line, and airflow. ^CP

Q: Can I use detergent pods, put directly in the tub? The manual only talks about putting detergent in the dispenser.

A: Yes, detergent pods can be placed directly in the tub. ^CP
