Delivered as promised, but delivery guy actually asked us if we wanted him to remove the thin plastic film on the outside and parts of the inside, saying some customers leave it on for 6 months so the fridge still looks new (insert smirk here). After he removed it, the fridge looked stylish and really popped in our kitchen. It fit flush with our cabinets, too. We also love the door-in-door, which holds a lot, like 14 water bottles on the lower shelves. Definitely a good buy.

It’s pretty good and self explanatory how to use when you’re a beginner. I would’ve given it a 5 star rating except for the fact that one time the ice machine stopped working because one of the ice got stuck on the machine by itself. You had to physically remove the ice so the machine would restart. It took 24 hrs to get some ice again.

So far we like the fridge but there is not much space in the shelves for taller items. The shelves only have small adjustments so you cannot get many tall items in the fridge and the door Has NO ADJUSTMENTS so forgot that thought!! When looking at them in the store you don’t realize this - so BUYER BEWARE! Also - when it was delivered, they build the plastic wrap into the seams of the fridge so trying to get all the wrap off is a TEDIOUS process and even the delivery guys gave up and left - so I have a fridge with plastic FRINGE that only comes off with tweezers!! (Trying to not scratch the stainless is a chore while using tweezers) It is a royal pain in the butt and I cannot believe they would make a product that require HOURS to get it presentable! It has been a month and we slowly pick at the plastic - but I really just want them to take it back and get a better one!! Ugh!!!

4.5 stars as it isn’t perfect. The unit including the ice maker and water dispenser is quiet. The water dispenser is taking some time to become familiar with. The water comes out less than an inch from the dispenser button and water continues to flow for about a half second after the button is released. This fridge is large enough for a family of four so it works fine for us. I really like the InstaView glass door-in-door storage feature I thought it was a gimmick but very pleased we went with this option. The items in this area stay cold and helps keep the other items in the large storage area cold longer by keeping the cold air in the fridge while accessing the frequently accessed items. The LG ThinQ application is easy to connect to WiFi and has some food applications. I like the expiration alerts for things like milk and other dairy products. I set up expiration dates for meats to remind me of how long they’ve been in the freezer. It’d be easier if there were bar code scanners but that’s not available on this model.

Door-in-Door is great. Ice maker has decent size capacity and Ice-Plus for fast is great for a party. LG is becoming my fav brand.

Shelves are removable to make more space. Glass tap feature does not always work as expected. The produce compartments work really well, it seems to add to the shelf life of my produce.

Love my new fridge !!! A lot of space and with the third door it’s more easier to separate stuff specially for the kids.

I was so excited to purchase this refrigerator. It is stylish, I love the door-in-door, and it looked to be a nice refrigerator. It was delivered and does not cool. Stuck in defrost mode. LG will take 7-10 days to evaluate how to make this horrible product better. Replace. At this point, I just buy enough food for the day, do not have dairy in the house and am waiting for LG's "Customer Service," to figure it out. I have friends who are not tired of hearing complain about this purchase. These friends purchased Jenn Air and Samsung refrigerators. Apparently, those keep your food cold.

This refrigerator has been a convenient buy it tells you if you left the door open what the temperature is inside and it makes ice fast. Very happy with this purchase..

I would highly recommend this fridge. The only things big I wish I could adjust is the sensitivity of the instaview light.

It’s beautiful, looks fancy. Water dispenser is separate from ice and it’s tall enough to fill water bottles. The only con is no deli drawer...

Great refrigerator!! It works just fine and it doesn’t make any noise. There were some negative reviews and I am glad I ignored them!! There are always people that will complain.

Perfect refrigerator for all my family daily needs

Love the refrigerator but it came with some blemishes and scratches.

I had purchased this refrigerator, in 2018. I also purchased the protection plan. Problem constantly freezes food on the refrigerator side, destroying food items. A repairman has made frequent visit. The problem still persist.

Really like the look of the fingerprint-proof black stainless steel. Like being able to synchronize time-of-year power savings with power company. This can be done with the SmartThinQ iPhone app. You can also check the appliance's status using this from wherever you are. The door-in-door feature is really nice. Keeping the items you use most in this compartment is only simple and smart. The InstaView feature is handy, but it seems to take time to auto-calibrate. The first day it was installed, the knocking feature didn't seem to work. That night, I watched a movie with explosions and the light would turn on every so often. The next day, the knocking feature worked like a charm, and I haven't noticed the light come on due to entertainment system sound since then. Water and ice dispensing is meant for containers where the container opening is not much narrower than the container body. I have a 40 ounce water bottle where this is not the case. I use a glass to get the ice from the dispenser and fill the bottle with that, and am just barely able to get the water into the bottle from the water dispenser. But the dispensers work great with regular cups and glasses. Cooling and freezing work well, as well as the automated defrosting cycles.
