Q: What Accessories come with this? I just had mine delivered but didn't include broiler pan?

A: If memory serves when I was looking at the cutout dimensions (my cabinet was super tight left to right) it was stated that the oven requires airflow around the outside. This extra cutout depth provides space for that.

Sharp-looking update to our kitchen
Love our new oven/microwave combo. Haven't tried all the features yet, but basic baking and microwaving work great. Clear documentation for operation. Wish I could change some of the obnoxious chiming, but will learn to ignore it (Note about pic - there is a gap at the bottom since our old appliances were taller; just have a little additional cabinetry to install soon)

Best Buy and LG both provided poor customer serv
I was so excited to upgrade my home with several LG products. I was advised to steer away from Samsung due to poor customer service, so I gave LG a try. This combo oven is beautiful. A few months ago, I noticed that the fan did not come on in the air fry mode. As I am a Total Member, I reached out to Best Buy first. They offered to send someone to diagnose the problem, but I would have to pay for the repair. As a Total Member, I would be given a 20% discount on the repair service. This unit is still under warranty, so I contacted LG. LG could not find someone to diagnose the problem. I contacted several local appliance repair shops that were willing to come out to diagnose the problem, only LG would not pay them or reimburse me. Since the unit is still covered under the manufacture warranty, I refused to pay for the repair. After more than 30 days of negotiations, LG 'escalated' my ticket and offered to replace the unit. They assured me that they would remove the defective unit and install the new one. I now have the replacement oven in my entry foyer and LG is telling me that (1) it could take up to 14 days to schedule someone to come out to complete the return and installation or (2) they are also telling me that they don't do installations. I can't seem to talk to the escalation team that authorized the return. They are not answering my emails or texts. I'm not sure what my next step should be. I don't know where the new oven came from... Best Buy, maybe? If I hire someone to repair my installed oven, can I sell the brand new unit? It's a question I would like an answer to. I'm sure that I don't want to have this oven sitting in my foyer indefinitely!

Great oven microwave combo!
This oven combo is the best it was easy to install came very well packaged and it works great, I love the app features and the fold down door on the microwave, it cooks perfectly and looks amazing!
