I set it up when we received it on Wed. Sept 9th. no book came with it and I guessed on what the screen meant. Got it working fine and we love it but tried to turn off the voice that announces when you lower or higher the volume . sound bar not working

The printed booklet primarily covers physical installation, mounting instructions, safety guidelines, specifications, and initial setup. For the full, comprehensive breakdown of settings and smart features, you must use the User Guide built directly into the TV's software. The detailed, digital walkthrough of the webOS platform can be accessed at any time through the TV's menu system. • Press the Gear (Settings) button on your remote. • Select All Settings (the three vertical dots). • Scroll down to General and navigate to Support. • Select User Guide to launch the comprehensive electronic manual. What you are referring to as the "voice that announces when you lower or higher (raise) the volume is called the Audio Guidance. You can disable the talking menu voice on your LG 65NU850BPUA TV using a quick remote shortcut or by navigating through the system menu. You must route all external audio through its HDMI eARC (Port 2) connection. If your soundbar only has an optical input and does not support HDMI, you can buy an inexpensive HDMI eARC to Optical Audio Extractor. You plug an HDMI cable from the TV's eARC port into the extractor box, and the box provides the optical port you need to connect your older sound system...^Ivan.
The tv power it's just 120v or it both 120v and 220v?, just want to know before I buy and ship it out of the country.
