A: The LG CordZero™ A9 Charge Cordless Stick Vacuum, Model # A905RM (Matte Red) is not the same model number as the LG CordZero™ A9 Ultimate Cordless Stick Vacuum, Model # A907GMS (Matte Grey). The Matte Grey model also comes with a Power Punch Nozzle and a Power Floor Nozzle which are not included with the Matte Red model...^IFV

Excellent Vacuum
We had a Dyson and loved it and saw the LG cordless and loved how lightweight it was and the reviews were great. I'm thrilled with this vacuum! My husband said it's the best vacuum we've ever had! The LG has two batteries, which is great, so you always have a charge; however, we've only needed power from the one battery. You can have it on the floor or hang it on the wall, which is what we did. It's so functional and love it for the car, sudden messes, etc. Great product and highly recommend.

Enough Power to Handle Any Cleaning Job
---HIGHLIGHTS--- Cordless and Bagless Design, Lightweight and Easy to Maneuver, Two Removable Rechargeable Batteries, Strong Suction, Quiet Operation, Premium Build Quality ---Setup--- The components intuitively snap together and are very easily configured. Once I did it a few times, it is very easy to figure out. There are three possible storage configurations: Standing, Wall Mount, and Compact Standing. I am using standing because it allows store it upright on the floor. If you use the wall mount configuration be sure to mount it near an outlet because it needs to be charging while being stored. ---DESIGN AND PERFORMANCE--- This vacuum can be cleverly used as either a stick or handheld vacuum. In the standard floor mode the steering and maneuverability are amazing. The low profile adjustable size and cordless design reaches places that are very difficult to reach with a corded vacuum. It comes with a nice assortment of crevice tools that can be used to reach the tight spaces. Even though this vacuum is battery powered it has very strong suction that cleans very deeply. I was impressed at how much dirt it was able to clean. The suction is adjustable but be aware if using it in turbo mode drains the battery much faster. I found the standard suction setting to be sufficient for most cleaning tasks. It is very quiet for a vacuum. The dust container very easy to empty. . A feature I really appreciate is that it includes two rechargeable batteries. One battery goes in the vacuum and the other goes in the stand and they are both charge while being stored. Having two fully charged batteries allows for a total of 80 minutes of cleaning time (40 minutes per battery). The crevice tools are stored in the stand. I like this design because it keeps the tools out of the way when I don’t need them I don’t have to worry about them falling off while I vacuum. It features indicator lights that show the battery charge level and the charging status. All of the filters are removable, reusable, and all rinseable. The premium build quality and high end visual appeal are exactly what you would expect at this price point.. ---SUMMARY---: Welcome to the wonderful world of Cordless Vacuuming. I have used many cordless handheld vacuums over the years but they can’t be compared this vacuum. The strong suction and lightweight size and portability put the LG CordZero in a league of its own. It is perfect for big or small jobs around the house, and for hitting areas like the stairs or around corners where a corded vacuum is difficult to use. There is a lot to like about the LG CordZero. Not only is it portable and lightweight, but it has enough power to handle any cleaning job you throw at it. Normally cordless vacuums are best when used as a supplement to a full size corded one, but I can say without reservation that the LG CordZero will have no problem taking the place of a full size standard corded vacuum in your home.

Good as long as you understand it's strengths
Before this vacuum, I was a die hard Shark fan. Their vacuums perform so well on hard floors which is what we have mostly. Unfortunately I had a little bit of an accident with my Shark vacuum that involved me tripping in the bathroom with the vacuum wand in my hand and it going right into the toilet. Though I was able to dry out the vacuum and clean it up, it was no longer performing as it used to. Time for another one. I was skeptical that the LG was going to do the trick, but the thing that attracted me to it was the hard floor vacuum head. It was almost identical to my Shark vacuum but larger and seemingly easier to clean. I decided to try it out and to my surprise, it did really well. Here are the pros and cons: PROS -Plush hard floor head that dusts as well as vacuums -Carpet and rug head agitates the carpets really well for as lightweight as this vacuum is. -Lightweight -2 batteries are included, though I have never had to switch them out yet. -Good running time. I have a 1200 square foot condo and I have no issues cleaning with one battery charge. -Compact charging station with options to hang it up or let it free-stand. -Much quieter than most vacuums -Easy to empty and clean the vacuum itself. CONS -You have to switch out the heads when you are switching from hard floors to carpets. My old vacuum just required a button switch. -It failed the "Cheerio" test. It would not pick up anything Cheerio size or larger. Because of this, I put this vacuum more in the "maintenance" category. It's not for heavy duty cleaning. More like in between cleanings. -The assembly you have to do beforehand is a little intimidating. See pictures. -The dust canister is pretty small. Another reason that this fits into the "maintenance" category. -Does not stand up on it's own. Not a deal breaker but it's a little annoying to have to lean it up against the wall or set it on the floor when you need to drop it for a minute. -It's pretty pricey for what you are getting. I like the vacuum but I'm just not convinced it's worth the money especially with other brands out there that can do the same thing for a lower price.
