A: Hello, the V30 and V30+ can be purchased as an unlocked device and will work with most any network. Since the units sold in the USA are not for international use, they do not have a Dual SIM card slot, however, they do have a Sim Card slot and a MicroSD Card slot for additional memory. ^AC
