Hello, the V30 and V30+ can be purchased as an unlocked device and will work with most any network. Since the units sold in the USA are not for international use, they do not have a Dual SIM card slot, however, they do have a Sim Card slot and a MicroSD Card slot for additional memory. ^AC

I've owned my V30 for years now and never figured out how to use both sim cards at the same time. I have to open the cage and swap the two sim cards to be able to use the other one. Nothing i can find in settings.
