About this product

This 3.3' multicolor light strip is the first and simplest of a series of LIFX Z light strip kits that are easy to apply to all sorts of situations. 40" is the perfect length for easy, straight application to the back of most large TV’s (46” and above) so no folding of the strip is required. Or why not give a glow to that artwork, desk, or cabinet? Unique ability to emit multiple colors at once through addressable zones, and have those colors move along the strip. Can be cut to length, and added to with LIFX Lightstrip Extension 1m. (This product has been renamed from "LIFX Z-TV").

    LIFX - Lightstrip - Color Zones 40’

    This LIFX - Lightstrip - Color Zones 40’ is great. My daughter loves the colors. The strip is very short but the light colors are beautiful and bright. You can put a lot of colors on at the same time. It’s a little expensive for the length of this strip but the colors make up for it. I definitely recommend this light strip.

    Works great for lg 55in oled tv

    These led light strips are just amazing for 45 to 55 in TVs easy to connect and works great with Google home. Bright and and the combination for different light settings are best value for the buck Phillips hue is way overrated for the price.

    Very bright lights and multi color lights

    Very bright lights and multi color change to light up in the room. Very intriguing easy to use would recommend to anybody although the length is very short for the price.

    Great TV Strip

    This is my second purchase of a LIFX light strip. I added this to my bedroom tv stand to give us some extra light on that wall and some mood lighting while we watch tv. The set up is easy through HomeKit and the LIFX app.

  • Can these be hardwired?

    No. I do not believe they can be hardwired. There are 4 little prongs that fit into the power cord, which then plugs into the wall outlet.

    Yes they work with all three smart assistant platforms. Best lights on the market IMO.

    yes, but ill say not really cause it doesnt look cool

  • does it come with a remote

    No remote, control is done via mobile app. Lifx has a wall switch that’s sold separately that can be programmed for multiple scenes. I have a HomePod that allows me to control them via my voice. Some third party smart home devices can be set up for remote functions but limited to only a few actions, on, off, saved color scenes at selected brightness. App has ability to run them on a schedule.
