A: Hey! The differences between MX Master 3S and MX Master 3S for Mac is that the standard MX Master 3S comes with USB-C charging cable (USB-A to USB-C) while MX Master 3S for Mac uses USB-C charging cable (USB-C to USB-C). Also, MX Master 3S is compatible with Windows, macOS, iOS, ChromeOS, Android and the most popular Linux distributions while MX Master 3S for Mac is optimized for macOS and iPadOS. Apart from the color scheme, MX Master 3S has Logi Bolt USB Receiver on the package contents which the Mac version lacks. It doesn't include the USB receiver since most of the Mac devices doesn't have USB ports. The features remain the same.
Q: Can you swipe left or right? How do you do that?
A: Yes, the programmable button on the side can be used for the swipe feature.
Q: I know it is optimized for Mac but does it also work with windows??
A: Yes, while the MX Master 3S for Mac is optimized for macOS, it will still function with Windows. However, it will operate as a basic mouse, and the special function keys and some of the advanced features designed for macOS might not work as intended.
Q: Does it come with the logi bolt dongle? Can I switch between MacBook and windows laptop?
A: This is a bluetooth device so a dongle isn't needed. There are three channels to connect with 3 computers (even worked on my Samsung S23 cell phone). Once paired, switching between computers is made via the button under the mouse. Not as convenient as my older Logitech mouse, but less likely to be accidentally bumped and switched to another device connection.
Q: Does this work for a left handed person?
A: I am afraid not it maybe that you can train yourself to do it but it would not be ergonomically friendly and can be a chore to learn the left-handed use of a right-handed person.
Q: Does it work with the Raspberry Pi 5
A: Hey! No, it works onli via Bluetooth Low Energy Technology MAC 10.15 or later iPadOS 14 or later and Logi Bolt USB receiver.
Q: Will this mouse work with the logi universal USB dongle if I don't want to connect it to Bluetooth?
A: The Logitech MX Master 3S for Mac is compatible with the Logi Bolt receiver. However, please note that the Logi Bolt receiver is not included in the box and would need to be purchased separately if you prefer not to use Bluetooth connectivity.
A: Yes, it is a bluetooth mouse that will work on any device that supports that, as the iPad does. You can actually pair this mouse with up to three different devices via bluetooth, and just use a button on the bottom to switch between connected devices.

Seamless, Comfortable, and Built for Creative Work
This mouse is a game-changer. I use it daily for editing, design, and marketing projects, and it handles everything flawlessly. This Mouse is Laser-Focused on Great
This is easily the best mouse I have ever used. The feel of it in my hand, the solidness of the buttons, the silky smooth, balanced rotation of the wheel, and battery life, are all outstanding. This is the second one that I own; I needed a second one for my laptop on the road. Its accuracy to locate text characters and click areas is not my hand-eye coordination working alone. This mouse clearly helps to find the small spaces that would be tricky otherwise. Highly recommended. Oh, and the horizontal scroll wheel (made for your thumb) is just as smooth and efficient as the vertical wheel. You'll you know when you use it that this is no ordinary device.

Best Productivity Mouse. Period.
This is my second MX Master mouse over the years. I upgraded from my 2s that I had been using since launch. That's not to say it stopped working, I just passed it down to a family member. MX Master series is legendary in the productivity space. Here's the high level: - Great ergonomic shape - Programmable buttons with Logi Options + (must have!) - NEW quiet clicking, wife approved - Magnetic scroll wheel - USB C Charging and GREAT battery life - Tracking tuned for productivity - 3 paired devices with quick switching Don't buy this thinking it's a gaming mouse. It's not. It's the BEST productivity mouse on the market. The longevity of these mice justify the premium and you won't be disappointed.
