Used this for work with teams and genesys softphone. It disconnects after couple minutes while using it on softphone. Only works well with teams. I took it back and got another one and that zone wireless 2 version disconnected constantly too. I tried using bluetooth and with the dongle, no luck. It is frustrating to me and the people i am talking to when you lose 2 minutes of conversation and have to ask them to repeat everything they said. Spoke with tech suppost who only said it must be the soft-phone software causing an issue. My zone wireless 1 worked for over a year but started to lose wireless range. This headset is too expensive to not work correctly.
