A: No needs constant water pressure fed to enjoy its full potential.
Q: Will this work with any toilet? I have a standard round and just want to make sure it will worok.
A: Yes, it will work with any type of toilet (round or elongated).
A: No splash over at all as long as your sitting on the seat, otherwise it will hit the ceiling with water, or right in your eye if your watching it in action.
