    Rating based on transaction, not product

    This product is apparently working fine. It is an adapter for an aftermarket radio. My rating is based on the process required to obtain it before a radio could be installed in my vehicle. Elapsed time was closer to a month than two weeks. Initial expectation was less than 10 days. I did receive at least two promotional emails proclaiming my order had been received and was being processed. Invest more in performance and less in self promotion.
