Q: I lost the manual I found an extra blue wire in the bag stereo will not turn on don't know if I need this blue wire plugged in

A: Hope you figured this out but it looks like the blue wire is the powered antenna cable. I'm not a pro but from reading online, I hooked it up to the red power cable and radio started working. I think there is another harness that corrects this as well but it doesn't seem to be needed.

A: It all depends on what your touch screen is capable of doing, (navigation...ect). Also how many speakers are are in your CrV? If you want to retain the factory speaker and sub, this might work, you may need RCA or a sub adaptor harness as well. My best recommendation is to go into Best Buy and ask the Car Audio installer on what specific harnesses you need. That's what I did!!

    Convenient

    I needed the stereo and sub/amp retention harnesses for my new radio i was installing. Didnt need or use the aux retention harness though. I like that the speaker wires are spliced into rca's. Makes install so much easier and faster.

    7-speaker Honda Elements need this

    If you've got an Element EX/SC or other trim with the factory 7-speaker setup, you need this to wire in an aftermarket stereo. Plain and simple. Get it.

    Easy to use, matched Kenwood wire colors

    Didn't use accessory wiring since I will use the USB line from the Kenwood for input. Easy to install and matched up with the Kenwood and the stock connectors on the 2003 Element EX.

    Honda Element Stereo Harness
