A: Hope you figured this out but it looks like the blue wire is the powered antenna cable. I'm not a pro but from reading online, I hooked it up to the red power cable and radio started working. I think there is another harness that corrects this as well but it doesn't seem to be needed.
A: It all depends on what your touch screen is capable of doing, (navigation...ect). Also how many speakers are are in your CrV? If you want to retain the factory speaker and sub, this might work, you may need RCA or a sub adaptor harness as well. My best recommendation is to go into Best Buy and ask the Car Audio installer on what specific harnesses you need. That's what I did!!
