Q: Where will I find my PS5 download code?
A: It will be inside the game case...
Q: I preordered the game, how do I start using my early access?
A: There is no way to do this. It was advertised with 4 days of early access. It should have been received today 4/16. However they are only shipping them today with several days of ship time. Best Buy really messed this one up.
A: I had the same problem. On PS5, it loaded after I restarted my system.
A: If you preordered the physical copy you should be able to do in store pickup on the 16th. If it was shipped you should get it as well. The digital code is in physical form inside the case itself.
Q: Could you give the physical copy to someone else to use?
A: Nope. You need the disk to play the ps5 version.
Q: If I pre order this will it arrive on the 16th, or do I have to come pick it up?
A: I ordered the pre-order and was told that it would arrive on the 16th, but instead, it is somewhere in Illinois. The store had the game yesterday, but my copy won't arrive until 4/21...AFTER the Standard Edition is released, IF it comes at all. The company has refused reimbursement.
A: The product is for both systems, but I pre-ordered the product and it won't be arriving now until at least 4/21, so I don't yet have the product. Someone in Illinois has it and Best Buy refuses to refund my purchase! Buyer beware!
