Hi CarolineE! Thank you for your honest review of our Mohu Vibe Amplified Indoor HDTV Antenna. Depending on your distance from the nearest towers, you may want to run a channel scan without the included amplifier. Over-amplification can occur if you are trying to use an amp too close to the broadcast towers. We also have a free app called Antenna Point you can download to your iOS or Android phone. Once you download, the app will identify your location. You will see the towers in the surrounding area, so you aim the antenna in the right direction to pick up the TV signals. If this does not help, before you return the antenna, please give our tech support team a call at 877-825-5572 and they will perform a FREE signal analysis of your location, this will better assist them in pinpointing what the problem may be. We are available Monday-Friday to help! The Mohu antenna was super easy to hook up. The price and accessibility to local channels was the deciding factor to purchase. All available channels have clear reception. Glad to have made the change from satellite service to antenna and streaming only services, saving $100 plus each month.

Pixilation problem resolved

When mounted vertically there was some pixilation on Channel 3. I remounted it horizontally and it works great--no more pixilation. Left the amplifier gadget on the ON position.

This antenna was very easy to install and worked well. We still could not pick very many networks however because of mountains blocking our range. The associate at the store did tell us this could be a problem.

Love this antenna! i believe i got 338 channels and such a clear picture on most. I had to move it just a little to pick up the local football game but very pleased with this purchase.

Antenna Barely Works

I previously used a Mohu Leaf antenna on a south west wall and it was ok which is why i had a fixed rooftop antenna installed. I have to place this smaller model on a north wall and it only picks up three PBS stations.
