Q: What is the cost of replacing the two filters?
A: Approx. $140 (before taxes)
A: Hi Gray, we recommend replacing the PECO-Filter every 6-months and Pre-Filter every 3-months. However, you can activate your Filter Auto-Refill subscription to receive replacements every 6-months for peace of mind. We don't recommend vacuuming the filters since our technology works differently from the standard mechanical filtration in most air purifiers.
Q: Does this unit remove smoke and cigarette smell?
A: Hi! Our devices use PECO technology which can break down and destroy many of the organic gaseous chemicals from the cigarette smoke, while our Pre-Filter design would trap the physical elements of the smoke like soot and ash. They can all help purify the air in a smoky space.
