Product Manuals

Q: Is it possible to use this monitor as a tv? With either a fire stick or PS4? Will I still get the 2K quality on my fire stick? Or at least 1080P without using a Computer?

A: Yes you could use it as a TV but there are no speakers built into the unit. You would have to plug in headphones or a sound bar via its 3.5mm headphone jack on the back. 4K Firestick and PS4 Pro only do 1080p or 4K. No in between sadly. You would be stuck at 1080p.

Q: Does this monitor had a build in speaker?

A: No, it does not have a built-in speaker.

Q: When are you going to restock this item?

A: Its in the air right now everone is buying up monitors so they can work from home during quarantine. The annoying part is i know theres someone out there buying up the high end gaming monitors for an excel spread sheet when a $60 cheapo is more than enough to do what the need.

Q: Hi, I just received the product. But the refresh rate is only 60. It should be 144. Can you let me know if that's the wrong product delivered? Thanks,

A: You need to use a DisplayPort cable and change the refresh rate in your graphics card control panel or Windows Display control panel.

Q: Wil g-sync work? I have new tower build coming in 2 weeks and it’s has a NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 Ti video card and has to be able to use the features

A: Its technically not G-Sync verified. HOWEVEVER, Nvidia has released drives for their 10, 20, and 30 series cards that make it G-Sync Compatible. As in, it works for some games, but not for others. You'll mostly run into problems with Indie games that don't have Nvidia Support.
