A: yes it comes with a charger to plug in and charge in an outlet. I made the sales person unpackage it to see. Not sure about which computers. I think there is a list inside. I didn't see it long - Granddaughter is in Florida with it! It has usb outlets. She has an apple computer.

A: I have had the same issue. I can't charge my computer while I am using it. I can either turn off my computer to charge it or since my computer has a detachable base I can charge that while I use my computer as a tablet.
Q: How many charges can you get out of it
A: That depends on the phone. The battery is 13400 amp hrs most phone batteries are 3000 amp hrs or less, so at least 4 full charges if your cell phone is completely dead.
