Second try was the charm. The first unit I bought was defective, but replacing it was easy and hassle-free within the 30-day window. Best Buy’s customer service was excellent—fast and helpful. This filter feels solid and professional. After researching several models, I found this one offers the best value for the number of contaminants it removes, including microplastics—something I specifically wanted. The reverse-osmosis system does exactly what it promises. Setup was simple. The machine performs an automatic first flush, but it’s still worth checking the instructions (they’re a bit oddly written). The water tastes great, dispenses quickly, and the 32-ounce auto-stop feature is perfect for filling a coffee pot. I’m very pleased with the performance, quality, and price, and I’ve already recommended it to others.

Excellent tasting water. Purified and clean and healthy. I started a new life when I got this by having much healthier water. This is a very impressive machine. Three different options for water amount dispense. And it's a fast dispenser. Easy to use. Simple directions. And it has a TDS meter reader right on the machine. And I measured it against my handheld TDS meter read and it's basically the same. So it's accurate. This is amazing and so much more cost-effective. Thank you Waterdrop for this amazing machine

Jury is out. Very clean water .That part is great. Also low necessity of replacing filter (which is probably expensive). But - its large, hard to move around to get to the tank to refill it. You can't see the level of water - should have a light. Should have small wheels to move it. Product needs work. Also its electric -in future I'll just buy a pitcher type of water purification.

Researched item, online was paranoid about the VOCs the Filters are treated with after first 3 cycles of filling with water and running through cycles the water looked alkaline or slimy, ran though another 2 cycles, water was cleaner but still had turbidity (little floaty things) in it, during the 5th cycle water was crystal clear... The water used during the cycles was fridge water pre-treated with a CF filter

Good system with clean water . Works for our small family well.

Just got this and could not be more happier with it. It has a large reservoir of water, and water tastes great. The setup was very good and it came packaged in very good foam, so it survived shipping without scratch. I cannot speak to it long term but it has impressed me so far.

Very expensive for luke warm water. Flushed it well over 5 times, and the taste of machine oil is still pungent. It's easy to think expensive product have better quality, but this is not the case here.

Filters fairly quickly and very effectively. I do wish it had a larger water tank.

Other waters don’t compare! Love the quality. Takes a time if you refill often into a water pitcher to put in the refrigerator(2.5 gallons), but other than that it’s great!

I purchased this in December and the unit now shows UV 99 with a red TDS. It’s been like that for at least a month even after cycling the water out and refilling a few times. Super disappointed because I wasn’t expecting issues this soon.

Great water filter, water tastes very clean. As this is an RO filter we use mineral drops to ensure we get all trace minerals in our water. So far it's working great.

We have a large family and we have to constantly refill it. Other than that the water tastes ok.

I had this for 1 month, and it stopped working, after I didn’t use it for 2 days. It started discharging the most foul tasting water, and it wasn’t tasting like that from the tap!! Best Buy told me to buy new filters that sometimes they go bad! Said it wasn’t covered under my total tech support for some reason! I am the only person in my house hold so I am well aware of everything that transpired with this machine. Do NOT BUY! don’t trust Best Buy warranty it doesn’t cover it!

I love this machine. I did however get a water buildup of some sort that clogged the pump after only a few months.

I followed directions , flushed the water out more than 5 times and water taste horrible plus im getting small debris in the water
