Narnia - Long Live The King (20th Anniversary Edition) - COMPACT DISCS [CD]

Narnia's second album; Long Live The King is one of the most popular albums by the band, packed with classic Narnia-songs, like Living Water, Dangerous Game, Shelter Through The Pain, The Mission, and the majestic title track Long Live The King. The album was first released in 1999, and now - 20 years after - released again with three bonus tracks; Living Water (2017 version), featuring Jens Johansson (Rainbow, Dio, Yngwie Malmsteen's Rising Force, Stratovarius, etc), Miracles, from the Japanese , and Can't Get Enough of You.

Look Alive - Guster's first new album in four years - was produced by Leo Abrahams (Regina Spektor, Brian Eno/David Byrne, Belle and Sebastian) and recorded in a vintage keyboard museum in Calgary, AB, with additional sessions helmed by John Congleton (St. Vincent, Alvvays) and Collin DuPuis (Angel Olsen, Lana Del Rey). It captures the group - Adam Gardner, Ryan Miller, Luke Reynolds, and Brian Rosenworcel - at an inspired moment, creating the most layered, moody and brilliantly unpredictable music of their storied career. Perhaps it was the 30 degree below zero weather that inspired Abrahams to encourage Guster to embrace Inchcold soundsInch during the making of Look Alive. The album's title track opens with a stark, haunting synth refrain and veers in unexpected directions from there. InchDespite having access to room after room of well-maintained analog keys, Leo gravitated to a cheap Ensoniq Mirage synth from the 1980's,Inch recalls Rosenworcel. InchIt was the beginning of a stylistic clash that played out beautifully.Inch

2017 . After their two highly acclaimed albums A Legacy of Shadows (2012) and Nordens Mörkaste Kapitel (Nordic Darkest Chapter) (2014), they have hailed to preserving the Swedish national treasures like Dissection, and their Northern neighbors Immortal. Now is Myhrding back with their third album! This concept-album, which bears the title of 1350 is based on the year when the plague came to Sweden and each song has lyric connected to the Black Death. The band continues to deliver Scandinavian Black Metal in the same way as of their previous works with both Swedish and Englich lyrics. They mix both slow and fast songs. Parts of clean vocals and acoustic instruments gives the album just the right feeling.
