A: I picked up my copy of the game and there was no codes for the preorder bonuses. There is a code for the Square enix membership but it doesn't give any of the preorder bonuses.

A: Yes, my game arrived in a broken ps4 case and the following week I replaced it at my local Best Buy. The very next day I received the digital code through email. I hope you still get yours though!
Q: How do I access the preorder bonuses?
A: Check this thread https://forums.bestbuy.com/t5/Gaming-Support/NieR-Replicant-Missing-Pre-Order-Bonus/m-p/1383986#M56208 . Supposedly BB is emailing the codes but if you read around, many people who preordered from different retailers are having the same problem.
A: This is just the PS4 game, there currently isn't a PS5 version. Almost all PS4 games work on PS5, which is why it says that it's compatible.
Q: Does this come with a steelbook?
A: No it doesn't.
A: Yes. I recieved an email from Bsst Buy with my pre-order bonus code about a week after release date.
A: I too, received no preorder bonus. I had an on-line chat with a rep, and they said no preorder bonus was listed, but gave me a number for some order fulfillment dept. They eventually told me they were passing my problem onto the preorder bonus, to get my code sent within 48 hours. I think the first rep, on-line chat, read the product description, and, since it is after the preorder date, it no longer lists any preorder items. The phone call implied there was in fact a code. I am waiting to see if it actually comes in email. This no-code problem seems to be common amongst many retailers, for the PS4 version. Look up your order history, get the order number, and have an on-line chat with a rep. They will record the details and send you to a phone rep. This is best way to track down the missing code.
