Extremely poor support. Can't record continuously or change the setting to anything other than 'event'. Can't register a username to get to support. It says the name is already in use but they send you a verification code even though you can't log into the site. Complete mess. They force you to install an extension into chrome to change your default search engine before you can get to their support site. Night Owl is a joke.

It sounds like you are having some setup issues with your product. You can record continuously with this system. And you can absolutely use your login credentials (username, password, etc...) to login to our secure web based portal for assistance with password resets, etc... Also not sure what you mean about accessing our support site. Our site can be accessed from all search engines by visiting support.nightowlsp.com. It doesn't have to be Chrome. Have always had internet compatibility issues with the dvrs with this system. Cameras work great, and it records, but the app is junk. Will not stay linked with device to enable remote viewing. What is the point?
