A: Yes. You will have to download the Nixplay app. You can give others access too, then they can also send photos to the frame.
Q: Can you use this with a ScanDisk
A: Hi - thanks for asking. If you mean a SanDisk device like an SD Card, or USB Drive, then no, you cannot insert them into the frame as there are no ports. However, you can load all your content from your Sandisk by sticking the drive into your computer and uploading them onto the Nixplay.com cloud.

A: With the Nixplay Standard package, you get 10 GB (or about 2000 photos) of storage for free. These photos and videos can be shared between up to five different Nixplay frames.

A: Thanks so much for your question. The power cord in the box is approximately 6.6ft long.
A: In general, MP4 file format encoded using H264 or H265 is supported. Other device models may also support MOV video file format. Videos are transcoded up to 720p, 30 FPS and Mpeg4 video Codec before they are uploaded to Nixplay Cloud.
