Their Better Business Bureau rating is a D My rating is 1 due to the fact the customer service is truly hit or miss. Try to call won't work they only want messenger or email. So far I have opened 20 boxes 4 have not had black outs, 2 have not had the exclusives, 2 boxes with just a white card, one exclusive had a line through the center of the card with dots or marks on it. Once I messaged the company to inform them this last time about my experience which was better the first time they did a good job but, today a total truly no service. I informed them about how the packages where shipped, the card with the line and dots on it, and sent pictures. What I got was sounds like your order is correct and that I got more than I should have. Nothing about the shipping, nothing about the card with lines and dots, Nothing about the 2 missing blacks outs. But because I got 2 additional black outs that for me to get the Guarantee of the missing Blackouts I would have to mail back to them and pay for the shipping to them because they did not want to send the missing cards with a return label. So I shipped the cards back to them including the one with the lines. The company will NOT reimburse me for what their quality control issues on their garentee and what their solution they came up with. The Best Buy site say 3 Garentee Hits 1 Signature, 1 Black Out Series Card, 1 holographic Icon Series (Best Buy exclusive) But I ask for their name was told "Customer Service" no joke will include pictures. They also said lol with the issues great no service. So the cards are in these boxes are cards they are trying to get out of inventory. More likely than not you will get Michigan State, BYU, Utah, Texas Tech, Baylor, Mississippi State, Missouri, Nebraska so far have been the main ones. Why else would this product come out 2023 just weeks ago? Onit? Not with quality control or service at times. Their other products shipping has been an issues in the past as well. Again if there is not an issue with shipping, or quality control product is cool but any issues good luck.

Onit Athlete collegiate trading cards are FIRE and are addictive to collect and complete team sets. I like them more than other competitors and since these are originally licensed products with the NCAA, they proudly display the team logos on the uniforms and cards! The signature series cards are hard signed "on card" autographs; no sticker autographs. The rare SSP Nine Series and One Series cards feature an extremely unique soft touch texture on the face of the cards which give them a smooth, velvety feel and they are SICK!!!! Now these new SSP Best Buy Exclusive HOLO ICONS add another level of greatness to the collections. All of these cards are such great quality that I plan to display my completed Texas Longhorn Football Collection on my media room wall in display frames and I'm excited at how impressive it's going to look once my collection is complete!! If you are a super fan of a specific collegiate team and are interested in collecting an entire team's set, then you definitely need to jump on the ONIT train because these cards are NEXT LEVEL!!!

With every move Onit has made over the last year, they keep getting better!!! The future is bright with ONIT Athlete!!! Can't wait to see what they do over the next 5-10 years. This company has nothing but shining stars in its future!!!

The box was crushed upon arrival and had to be sent back. Not to happy in the way they are shipping these items. Have had 2 boxes come to me crushed.

The quality of these cards is outstanding! I LOVE the fact that these are ON CARD Autographs. No Stickers or redemptions! The value you get with a guaranteed autograph card and the Icon Holo insert is very good! I will definately buy more of these!
