Their Better Business Bureau rating is a D My rating is 1 due to the fact the customer service is truly hit or miss. Try to call won't work they only want messenger or email. So far I have opened 20 boxes 4 have not had black outs, 2 have not had the exclusives, 2 boxes with just a white card, one exclusive had a line through the center of the card with dots or marks on it. Once I messaged the company to inform them this last time about my experience which was better the first time they did a good job but, today a total truly no service. I informed them about how the packages where shipped, the card with the line and dots on it, and sent pictures. What I got was sounds like your order is correct and that I got more than I should have. Nothing about the shipping, nothing about the card with lines and dots, Nothing about the 2 missing blacks outs. But because I got 2 additional black outs that for me to get the Guarantee of the missing Blackouts I would have to mail back to them and pay for the shipping to them because they did not want to send the missing cards with a return label. So I shipped the cards back to them including the one with the lines. The company will NOT reimburse me for what their quality control issues on their garentee and what their solution they came up with. The Best Buy site say 3 Garentee Hits 1 Signature, 1 Black Out Series Card, 1 holographic Icon Series (Best Buy exclusive) But I ask for their name was told "Customer Service" no joke will include pictures. They also said lol with the issues great no service. So the cards are in these boxes are cards they are trying to get out of inventory. More likely than not you will get Michigan State, BYU, Utah, Texas Tech, Baylor, Mississippi State, Missouri, Nebraska so far have been the main ones. Why else would this product come out 2023 just weeks ago? Onit? Not with quality control or service at times. Their other products shipping has been an issues in the past as well. Again if there is not an issue with shipping, or quality control product is cool but any issues good luck.

Onit Athlete collegiate trading cards are FIRE and are addictive to collect and complete team sets. I like them more than other competitors and since these are originally licensed products with the NCAA, they proudly display the team logos on the uniforms and cards! The signature series cards are hard signed "on card" autographs; no sticker autographs. The rare SSP Nine Series and One Series cards feature an extremely unique soft touch texture on the face of the cards which give them a smooth, velvety feel and they are SICK!!!! Now these new SSP Best Buy Exclusive HOLO ICONS add another level of greatness to the collections. All of these cards are such great quality that I plan to display my completed Texas Longhorn Football Collection on my media room wall in display frames and I'm excited at how impressive it's going to look once my collection is complete!! If you are a super fan of a specific collegiate team and are interested in collecting an entire team's set, then you definitely need to jump on the ONIT train because these cards are NEXT LEVEL!!!

With every move Onit has made over the last year, they keep getting better!!! The future is bright with ONIT Athlete!!! Can't wait to see what they do over the next 5-10 years. This company has nothing but shining stars in its future!!!

The box was crushed upon arrival and had to be sent back. Not to happy in the way they are shipping these items. Have had 2 boxes come to me crushed.

The quality of these cards is outstanding! I LOVE the fact that these are ON CARD Autographs. No Stickers or redemptions! The value you get with a guaranteed autograph card and the Icon Holo insert is very good! I will definately buy more of these!

Amazing product and great pulls! A guaranteed autograph is every box is huge!!! Packaging is high quality and keeps cards secure and safe. Love the parallels, the ICON series and Blackouts are my favorite. Will be buying again.

I love these ONIT cards. I have been collecting BYUs team cards and have most of the set. These exclusive Best Buy boxes have a new inset (Holo Icons) which are amazing. I bout 2 boxes and got 2 Holo Icons, 2 autographs and 2 Blackouts along with several base cards. There is not a better product out there! It was nice that I lucked out and ended up with a couple BYU inserts.

Licensed product at this price is legit. Blackouts are beautiful soft touched laminated and the icon cards look amazing on rainbow holo!

Great value for a great product! Excellent way to connect with your school and provide $'s back to the athletes featured. Designs are fantastic and can't beat the on-card autographs.

The value of these boxes are amazing. No other cards guarantee specialty cards let alone an auto for this pricepoint. After watching dawgeers and others break this i knew I had to purchase this for my son. Only problem with this box is FSU is not one of the possible teams

First let me say that these are awesome cards from an awesome Onit company. But whoever handled my order didn’t have respect for my cards or me. When I received the boxes at pickup they all were damaged. I mentioned it to customer service guy and he said if there was a problem with the cards let customer service know. So after my family opened them Christmas Eve we found that some of the cards in every box was damaged. I got in touch with Customer Service Friday and was told that there was nothing they could do about it. So I then had a conversation with Corporate by phone today and was told it wasn’t their problem, and I needed to contact Onit. I know from experience this isn’t on Onit, this should be made right by Best Buy. Just be warned if you buy then, you are taking a risk at your cards being damaged.

Love the cards, love how they can come up with a new cards for football but disappointed that Tennessee Baseball didn’t get any love after they won the national championship. I believe you guys missed out on a lot of money. It’s a great idea for Best Buy to do this and partner up with ONIT

I’ve been a fan on onit sine 23. Their cards are really awesome and watching them grow the last 2 years has been amazing. These cards are no longer available so it’s great that Best Buy still has some In stock.

Avoid at all cost unless you want to pay for a bunch of duplicates. I have attempted buying football and basketball cards from OnIT and have every time dealt with half the pack being duplicates and any autographs being from players that rarely see playing time. Save your money and buy from a better collectable company. Photos attached represent all the duplicates I received in 1 order.

Neat package of variety of teams! Nothing super fancy in my order, but great grab and fun mixture of cards! Did have what was promised so all good there! Ordered online, but plan to grab a couple boxes in person as well my next trip to the store an hour away from home! Thanks!
