    • Resolution: 1200 (Refers to the number of pixels, both horizontally and vertically, used to capture video/images. The higher the resolution the finer the detail that can be seen.)
    • Resolution (Native): 1920 x 1080 (Native resolution of a screen refers to its single, fixed resolution. Sometimes screens must scale an image up or down in order to fit the native resolution. This can cause a loss of resolution or detail.)
    • Contrast Ratio: 28,000:1 (Measured difference between a displayed image's brightest whites and darkest blacks. The larger the first number, the more detail and color that can be displayed.)
    • Aspect Ratio: 16:9 (The measurement of the width of a screen compared to the height of a screen, expressed as a ratio.)
    • Throw Ratio Range: 0.49:1 (This measurement indicates what size of projected image can be produced from a certain distance. The smaller the ratio, the closer the projector can be to the screen while still producing a large image.)
    • Digital Keystone Correction: true ("Keystone effect" refers to the distortion of an image when it is projected on an angled surface or when the projector is positioned too high or too low from the center of the display. Projectors with a digital keystone correction feature are able to scale the image as needed before it is projected, resulting in the correct image orientation no matter where it is displayed.)
    • Response Time: 16 milliseconds (The speed at which pixels can change colors is called response time. It is measured in milliseconds (ms).)
    • 3D Technology: true

    • Minimum Aperture: 7.42 (The smallest opening of a lens, typically expressed in f-numbers. The larger the number, the smaller the aperture and the less light that can enter the lens. A smaller aperture creates a larger depth of field, which keeps both foreground and background in focus.)
    • Maximum Aperture: 2.8 (The limit to how wide a lens can be open, typically expressed in f-numbers. The smaller the number, the larger the aperture and the more light that can enter the lens. A larger aperture creates a shallower depth of field, helpful for keeping subjects in focus and blurring background details.)

Q: Does a black or white projector screen work best with this?

A: Hello, screen gain and color depends on personal preference. Gray Screen will yield better blacks in ambient light than a white screen. If you have total control over the light in the room, a white screen is just fine. But if you will deal with ambient light, a gray screen is a better choice as it will help to maintain better black levels. If this is your first projector, we recommend a gray screen with a gain of 1.2 or 1.4 (1.4 yields an image 1.4x brighter than the projected image -- same with 1.2 gain, image is 1.2x brighter than the projected image). Q: Hi, can I use this projector to project movies onto a rear projector screen? Does it have the capability to project images backwards? Also, will the projector need to be mounted high in order to fit the rear view projector screen 16:9 aspect ratio 120”?

A: Yes - you can use rear projector mode. This orientation is available on setup and from the OSD after setup. As for placement -- to achieve 120", the projector can be mounted on the ceiling or used in desktop mode (table top). Image size is all about distance and not height. :-) Thanks.

Q: when will you have it in stock...

A: I don’t believe they stock these in store. I had to order mine online. It has been an excellent projector.
