The Kopul Pro 4K60 HDMI splitter distributes a single HDMI source to two displays, making it well suited for presentations, digital signage, home theater systems, gaming setups, schools, offices, restaurants, sports bars, and houses of worship. HDMI 2.0 connectivity supports resolutions up to UHD 4K at 60 Hz with YUV 4:4:4 video, HDR, and up to 36-bit deep color. A total data transfer rate of up to 18 Gbps helps maintain detailed video and smooth motion when working with compatible UHD sources and displays. The splitter features selectable Extended Display Identification Data (EDID) settings for managing mixed display configurations. Auto mode reads the connected displays and uses a compatible shared resolution, Copy mode duplicates the video resolution and audio format detected from the first HDMI output, and Downscale mode can provide each connected display with its highest supported resolution. Automatic High-bandwidth Digital Content Protection (HDCP) scaling supports HDCP 2.2 protected content while maintaining compatibility with displays using HDCP 1.4, helping reduce compatibility and playback issues when connecting newer streaming, Blu-ray, gaming, and other HDMI sources to mixed display systems. Eight-channel HDMI audio support includes Linear Pulse Code Modulation (LPCM), DTS, DTS-HD Master Audio, and Dolby TrueHD. The unit provides one HDMI input and two HDMI outputs and requires no additional software or programming for normal operation. Additional features include electrostatic discharge protection, CE, FCC, and RoHS certifications, 5 VDC at 1 A power operation with 5 W power consumption, and an operating temperature range of 32 to 158°F / 0 to 70°C.
