When I started looking for massage chairs, I found that there weren't many good reviews or much detail on their functions. I picked the Osaki because it looked well built and have a 3 year warranty. The Pros: It looks even better than its' pictures, it looks sleeker and more like a nice piece of furniture than I thought. If you are looking for a chair to massage your back, this one is great. However, the rest of this chair does little. It will do some things on the feet but you can barely feel it. In fact, the rest of the chair is basically about squeezing your calves and hands and even that seems too light. If you are looking for something to massage your legs or your hamstrings, this will not be the chair for you. I also disappointed that my head was rarely properly supported and the neck and upper shoulders where most of my tension is, massage functions were not that great either. However, this chair is very comfortable and, in the zero gravity position, you will be tempted to take a nap while it massages your back. Also, this comes unassembled in 2 parts, so you need someone who is handy to help you uncrate the boxes, to carry the heavy chair indoors and to help you connect the bottom part of the chair to the main section.

My mother and I were able to lift these piece by piece into the house and put it together in about a hour. It came in two packages. Mom has been exposed to the massage chair through a family member who had purchased a high end chair for $7k. So, this was going to be a tough comparison. Mom was impressed, she said that the strength was equivalent to that one and we are happy with the chair. Only feedback I have is the delivery service automated phone call. When I received the call to schedule the delivery it only said this is in reference to your online delivery but nothing like a tracking number or even in reference to your Best Buy order. And there wasn’t a return phone number so I had to search the company info online. When I spoke to a representative at CEVA, she cleared it up for me and found me in the system. The chair arrived almost a week before the estimated date which was perfect for us because I was on vacation and could help my mom put it together. The delivery guys from CEVA were great! If you have the patience, and one extra set of hands, save yourself the fee and do it yourself!

would be better if it was a better fit. arm rests are a little low for me but otherwise not bad

All the features this chair has are awesome! Best buy ever!! Very easy to put together.

It is an excellent product, especially during quarantine. Highly recommend the strength mode. However, the delivery and installation service is very confusing and cost a lot. 160 for shipping + 130 for assembling. And the fee does not cover moving/left it to where you want it to be. It is a 300 lb product. If you live in a townhouse or condo, pass. Or enjoy it in your garage :)

this are no good massage chair. Not feel good.

We had ordered this chair and were disappointed we had to pay for the delivery. The delivery did not happen when promised and when it was delivered, we were not notified ahead of time. The delivery person would not even bring it in our house and was going to leave it on the driveway, despite it starting to snow. When we finally got the 300 lb chair into our house and unboxed, we realized it was not even the chair that we had ordered. We were never notified that there would be a switch. However, we do like the chair we have, but I really cannot review this particular model. However, the entire experience and process was extremely disappointing. I cannot recommend this product because it is not what we received.

Purchased for work and all love it! It works great! Great employee gift for all to use! Clean it after every use!

Just received my chair yesterday! Except for the fact they delivered with a semi-truck that would not fit in the gates and having to meet him nearby with a truck to transport to residence, everything went smooth. Chair comes in two boxes, one being about 190 lbs. so have a dolley or helpers to move. Very minimal assembly, but still took about an hour for us newbies. Once we set up the chair, right on it for a massage!! I was in heaven! My husband who has never had a massage went next and he couldn't believe a chair could make him feel so much better. The directions for the controls are not really clear, but we will figure it out. It has preset massages or you can manually program. The zero gravity feature is really nice and when the massage is over, the spaceship comes back to earth. I am so happy with my purchase and feel it is going to be one of my wiser purchases. It is pricey, but I am already feeling invigorated. LOVE IT!

WARNING! Osaki Titan Massage Chairs are consistently defective (I have had 3 in my home, 2 were replacements of mistakes or defective products!). Not only do these expensive chairs fail, the company does not stand behind their very expensive but defective chairs. I have had an 8 month nightmare experience trying to get fixes for my defective chair. Osaki Titan has sent me wrong parts to replace and has a snarky, unprofessional, nonremorseful, attitude with very poor communication. Osaki Titan is simply the worst retail company I have had the misfortune of dealing with, and you would be foolish to give them any of your business.

This chair is great. It is very easy to use and very helpful for our body when using it . My parents love it.

I've been using this at home as I work from home. I usually visit the massage place to help release back pain but this does it for me! the whole family loves it.
