  • i have the PAC RP3- GM13 and the PAC SWI-RC that I was using in my 2005 Buick Lesabre can I use the same setup for my 2008 BUICK LUCERNE CXL Onstar, but is no longer active, because ONSTAR said the car no longer supports their upgrade.

    Unfortunately not. You would need the RP4-GM31 for that vehicle.
