From Hell I Rise is the debut solo album by Slayer guitarist Kerry King, originally released in 2024. It is King's first album since disbanding Slayer in 2019, and it's contributors include Mark Osegueda of Death Angel on vocals, former Vio-lence and Machine Head guitarist Phil Demmel, Hellyeah bassist Kyle Sanders, and Slayer and former Testament, Forbidden and Exodus drummer Paul Bostaph. The album's sound has been described as similar to Slayer. The deluxe version includes a new album cover, a revamped layout loaded with photos and 5 bonus demo tracks featuring Kerry King on vocals, making this edition an essential piece for collectors and longtime fans alike.

Singer-songwriter Nanci Griffith's seventh album finds her looking inward and delivering the results of her introspection. InchThese Days in an Open BookInch and InchGoodnight to a Mother's DreamInch are depictions of resilience from a distinctly feminine perspective, where she comes to terms with her life as it is, and generously shares those intimacies.
