Q: Can the child lock be turned off
A: Hello, and thank you for your question! You can deactivate the safety lock by pressing Turbo Defrost, Timer and Popcorn in sequence. Please note that the locked door will disengage when unit is unplugged. Additionally, you can also deactivate the Child Safety Lock by pressing [Stop/Reset] button three time within 10 seconds and a color or the time of day will reappear on the screen. Not impresses
Not impressed with the sensor reheat option. The picture was taken after it exploded and we had to manually stop it.
