Q: Is it sold out?? Because on the site it says coming soon, but about a week ago I was able to pre-order.

A: I contacted an employee, and they said they are currently contacting the manufacturer (I assume ATLUS) in order to obtain more. He told me just to keep checking back on the website.

Q: Do we pay for it now or when it comes out?

A: The order will check your card with the funds required, so you will temporarily pay 89.99. Although, after a few days, it will return to your card. Then you will be actually charged when it gets closer to release.

Q: Does the game come with the phantom thieves edition or just the steel book case? Because it doesn’t say the game comes with it

A: It comes with the full game. The first sentence in Features: This Persona 5 Royal Phantom Thieves Edition includes a full game, Joker mask with a stand, SteelBook, art book, soundtrack, collector's box, and dynamic PS4 theme

Q: Has there been any word from Atlus if the Phantom Thieves Edition is going to get restocked? Thanks.

A: According to the Bestbuy I contacted and what other customers are saying they will restock sometime soon. Keep a look out for when it becomes available.

Q: Can we get it now or wait until the 31st I ask this since this whole corona epidemic is going on.

A: Best Buy needs to get permission from ATLUS before releasing it early, so it's up to ATLUS.

Q: Is the mask wearable?

A: Yes, the mask is wearable.

Q: It looks as though the pre-orders came back up for the Deluxe edition, but I was just curious if this was a mistake? It’s been out of stock for weeks and is not currently in stock anywhere else, am I good to pre-order this edition without worry?

A: Speaking from experience with previous games here: You should be fine. :) Best Buy's system won't allow orders for stock that isn't accounted for. In fact, a surplus number must always available in their system to account for replacements (in case initial stock/ordered stock is damaged). However, they are marked unavailable until they are no longer needed. All of these are applicable reasons for orders opening back up (however brief): 1) Best Buy secured additional stock for launch 2) Someone cancelled their pre-order 3) Someone's card was declined or expired, automatically cancelling their pre-order 4) Back-up (replacement) stock was no longer necessary, and thus released for standard order/pre-order I've secured more than a couple collector's editions via pre-orders that were available after the initial order period was closed on the Best Buy website, then briefly re-opened for the various reasons above. I also had a success day-of launch for The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild Master Edition by going into the store and securing one of their backup "no longer needed" replacement surplus. It's not uncommon you'll see an on/off influx of the pre-order being available again for brief spurts around launch as a result of people's cards being declined (this is on their side, not Best Buy's - so if you have a valid card, there's no need to worry). Hopefully this helps alleviate some of your concerns.

Q: With everything that is going on with the virus will the shipment of games come in and will we be able to pick it up when the game comes out?

A: Judging from a tweet that Atlus West posted yesterday or two days ago, it's being shipped out now.
