A: It has a mesh screen that detaches from the basket. As Long as you spray a coat of oil on the screen, everything cleans up super easy. I still can't believe that there is practically no clean up after cooking.
Q: Do they make a grill pan for this Model # HD9641/96 and if so what is the model number?
A: For the Philips TurboStar AirFryer HD9641/96 .... a grill Pan Accessory ...Philips HD9940/00. I have ordered one from Amazon and it is on back order.
Q: What is the largest of these home air fryers? How does this one compare?
A: This has capacity of 1.8 lbs, there is another one which has bigger capacity of 2.6 lbs. I prefer smaller one because we only need it for family of 4. If your have bigger family 2.6 lbs is better. Apart from that digital ones are more accurate to measure temp. The heat on Philips air fryers are definitely more even compared other brand like chefman which i had it for 2 years before switching to philips (i had the first generations air fryer for few years before trying other brand. In summary, Philips is more superior.
Q: Is it big enough to roast a small chicken
A: I have not tried a chicken but have done Cornish hens which come out just perfectly.
Q: Can it be used with absolutely no oil whatsoever?
A: Hello! No, the Philips Avance Collection Turbostar Airfryer does not require oil.

A: it is ideal for cooking for 2
