A: I may be wrong, but I'm pretty sure the 272B7QPTKEB is a different Philips monitor that is not sold in the United States. It is similar in design to this one but has a lower resolution (Quad HD instead of 4k) and some additional features including a pop-up webcam, which is not included with this monitor.
