I decided to upgrade from Kenwood of twenty five years to Pioneer 6.5 (TS-G650 and 6x9 (TS-G690) sized speakers. These speakers do the job. They sound good at low to high db's. Keep in mind, they can handle up to 45 RMS. I saw a review where a buyer commented on blowing the speakers at a higher volume, but he was dealing with 50 RMS. It is important to pay attention to the specs. When reviewing the picture(s) on the box, it gives the impression that these speaker have rubber surrounds. They actually have rubber treated cloth surrounds. What surprises me the most is that manufactures continue to use paper cones for the midrange. Why? Haven't we evolved?

A little concerned when 1 of 2 boxes showed up all busted and taped up. The tape was labeled "Inspected by Best Buy" so this was a known condition. I was, however, completely satisfied with the product. Speakers were unharmed and sound great.

First time I ever used Pioneer speakers. For the deal of the day price I expected them to sound horrible. I was very surprised when they sound nice and clear and have great bass.

These transformed the sound of my Jeep stereo substantially. I listen to hard rock/ heavy metal and some occasional pop/ r&b. These are able to handle whatever I throw at them. Install was fairly easy. Would buy again.

These speakers perform exceptionally well for the price. I purchased them to replace the factory speakers in my 2023 Ram 2500 and they fit perfectly. The sound quality compared to the factory speakers is night and day. While I originally planned to run them off the deck power which I did do for a bit, I ended up installing a Pioneer GM-D1004 400W 4-Channel amplifier that runs 45 watts RMS at 4 ohms. The speakers perform amazing with the amp. Couldn’t be happier! I highly recommend these speakers.

Bought these 3-way 6x9’s for Nissan Frontier King Cab front doors and they sound Amazing! Using factory head unit in truck with no extra amplification and plenty loud. I’ve installed many sets of speakers in my vehicles and am still impressed by Pioneer’s quality and dependability of great sound. Would buy again!

Great for the price the sound quality is decent and it fits great

So far so good! my speakers blew in my car so I opted for these just for the front doors the sound is clear and a decent volume for factory replacement speakers. I also had Best Buy put them in for a decent price.

Crisp highs and surprisingly decent bass considering the small magnets. Great price.

The speakers have great sound. I replaced the OEM speakers in my Dodge Ram truck. What a difference! I can understand the words of songs like never before. The price was good (cheap) and I thought the speakers would not be good. Wrong.... Talking and music is good. Perfect fit also.

Great speakers at a great price. Had these put in all 4 doors of my truck and they make a huge difference in the sound quality over stock speakers. I just didn't want to do it myself so I paid for them to be installed at Best Buy via Geek Squad which is located at many Best Buy locations.

This is the second pair of speakers I've bought of this model and brand. They are incredible. I installed the first pair in a Kenworth truck, and these are for a Chevy 1500. They sound amazing, with excellent sound quality and clarity.

for the price I don't think you can go wrong.....I bought these to put in a vehicle I'm about to trade in just because they were "inexpensive" so I could rremovemy $800 separates and DSP. These sound incredible for the money.

i have an '09 dodge ram quad cab. i put these in all 4 doors and installation was quick and super easy. i bought the wiring adaptors so i didnt have to cut the original connectors. these speakers made a huge difference in sound quality. you cant beat these speakers for the price.
