Q: what is the best 12 inch subs to go with this amp for maximum beat?
A: None the amp will take a crap on you in a few months
Q: Will this push 2 12’s kicker cvx’s 750 watt rms?
A: Yes the amplifier will work fine with you kicker subwoofers.
Q: Will this amp push 2 pioneer ts-w3003d4 and 2 pioneer ts-w310d4 12's
A: I am running 2 alpine type R 15s @2 ohms on this amp and it does pretty good. Draws alot of power from battery so be prepared to put in a secondary power source. When it comes to the amp itself, I would recommend getting 2 of them, 1 for each set of 12s. The amp has the ability to link them together so you only need one set of rcas to the amps. Over the amp is only pushing out 2500w at 2 ohms, so with the pioneers you listed being 4 ohm, your only gonna get about 1800w, which is why I would suggest 2 of them.
