Very happy with this purchase. Bought because my LG Gram Windows 11 laptop MicroSD slot kept disappearing from device manager. The driver simply refused to update. (I tried multiple times!) This Platinum USB C/USB 3.2 stick plugged in and from the USB C side, immediately showed me the microSD contents. Quickly transferred to my laptop. Also tried the USB 3.2 side and it works fine. Tested with large SD adapter and it performed fine from both sides. Note that on the USB C side, it might be plugged in upside down (as in our picture). The USB 3.2 side was right side up. You may have to unplug your power cord as we did when having the larger adapter plugged in on the USB C side on the LG Gram. That's a small inconvenience easily overcome. It seems solidly built and you will not lose the caps. :) As a hobby photographer I use many MicroSD/SD cards, so this is an excellent device for transfers. And highly portable.

Works as required and as expected. I was able to use it frequently to copy files from sd and micro sd cards to my android and pc with no problems, and it worked at the speeds I wanted.

This works as advertised, making transferring pictures to my iPad quick and easy.

Functionally I'm sure it's a great product. I do really like the dust caps for traveling to protect the ports. However it does not work for my needs due to the excessive bulk of it. Cannot fit in my new MacBook Air due to the case I have on it. If I unplug from power it will fit but it blocks the other USB port from being used. There is no reason this card reader could not be slimmer or smaller to not obscure both ports. I will unfortunately be returning to find a better suited design for my needs.

I recently purchased this card reader from I'm happy with its performance. It is small and lightweight, easily fitting into my pocket or backpack. The card reader is fast and reliable, quickly transferring data from my memory card to my computer. I also love that it is compatible with a wide range of cards. Although it's not the fastest card reader it's really handy to have nearby in a pinch. Leave it in your camera bag and you'll never have to worry about not being able to look at your photos on a computer. Being double sided is great since older computers still use the original USB plug.

Laptops seem to not come with ports anymore but this thing works wonders for the price. Did the job and it's not bulky.

My laptop doesn't have a CD drive by choice but I didn't realize until needed it that there is no card reader either. This product is great! I am now able to transfer pics from SD cards using the USB or the USB-C port. The best of all worlds wrapped in one tiny package. Transfer is quick and it worked straight from the package. I highly recommend this product!

if you dont have a memory card reader, I highly recommend this one; works on PC and MAC and reads most of the current types of memory cards we got this to transfer pictures from our SLR camera to our computers
