I purchased this speaker along with the signature bookshelf speakers to upgrade an office 5.1 surround sound setup from some "home theater in a box" Onkyo speakers. I was concerned the upgrade would be so marginal that I'd have buyer's remorse, or that I'd regret not purchasing the less expensive Polk option. I am happy to report that not only was the upgrade in quality clear from the moment I ran sound through the system, but that it far exceeded my expectations. Sitting under an ultrawide monitor, having the speaker stretch nearly the entire length of the monitor provides side-to-side audio for everything in front of my viewing position. Every minor audio detail of a video or game shines through these speakers, from crickets to footsteps to explosions to conversation. The audio is just incredibly dynamic and doesn't sound or feel compressed the way it could in the smaller speakers. Plus it just looks amazing, especially with the front grille taken off. The silver and black inside the walnut grey box looks really clean and crisp. I'd purchase this again and would definitely highly recommend it to others.

I am really pleased with both the sound and look of the Polk center channel. It has really clear highs and good mids and bass . It's slim design fit perfect on my mantle

Nice looking with a low profile to sit in front of our 50” display. Impressive sound from such a small speaker. Plus the solid construction giving this speaker some weight. I like the removable speaker screen which is held on with strong little magnets.

Using as a center channel. Can use as a left, right and center. Voices are clear and can be heard well from the center. Using an onkyo receiver to power it. Mounting the speaker on the wall was easy with the included template. Highly recommended

Great sounds and very sleak. I bought this because my wife hated how big our other center channel was and made me sell it. So I snuck this one in there and she was only mildly annoyed which was a win.

I upgraded to this from the Polk Csi-100 center channel due to space limitations and wanted some sharper highs in my music and movies. It performs as expected for the full retail price. Paired with two S-15s as my left and right speakers and it provides a great little (almost) home theatre system. The speaker by itself is crisp and clear with mid range sounds and voices. I wouldn't use it as a standalone, but would buy again as a center channel. Great bang for the buck.

Using the Polk Audio S35 as L/C/R. These sound and look great!! Replaced my Polk Audio Monitor 50 speakers that I’ve had for over 14 years which still look and sound good. It was time for a change.

Great sound and paired nicely with Polk S60 front speakers. The slim design fits perfectly on top of my tv cabinet replacing my bigger Sony center speaker. This is exactly what I’m looking for.

I've owned quite a few center speakers from technics center to the Bose satellite, and the Bose VCS center. This Polk center is by far the best I've ever owned.

I bought this as part of a house warming gift. They didn’t like the size of it so I tested against my Klipsch RC-42. I was sooooo impressed that I kept it and bought a pair of Polk S20s too. I had to raise my TV 2” so that the S35 fit under it and didn’t block the IR pickup.

This speaker performs very well. Given the dimensions, it doesn't "thump" but does offer a well rounded mid range and very crisp high frequencies. The dimensions are also one reason I bought it, and it fits perfectly under my screen. It's paired with 2 Polk S55 up front and a Polk PSW125 sub, along with Polk Tl150 surrounds and height speakers powered by a Yamaha TSR-7810. I crossover the center at 90Hz, although YPAO suggested 80Hz. It blends perfectly with the rest of the setup, and never hints at distortion at the loudest levels I'll ever use. Admittedly, mine is a budget setup, but I'm perfectly content with the sound in my small space. This center is the perfect solution for my purposes.

I bought the Polk to replace a JBL that I had for quite a few years. The Polk sounds so good I bought 2 more for right and left front channels. The are fantastic.

Very nice . The last speaker I needed to complete my system and am very happy with the sound quality. Impressive unit. Polk Audio makes high quality speakers and the more I get, the more I like them .

Excellent sounding thin center speaker. Bought this to upgrade a 20+ year old center speaker. It was a night and day difference, the Polk has a much richer, fuller, and cleaner sound than my old center speaker.

Added this to my entertainment center. Great for center speaker and companion to my other Polk speakers for front and rear.

I have this in front of my Samsung Q90 75 inch TV and it does not block the screen, which is why I bought this unit. It pairs well with my KEF Q750 floor standing speakers. I would rather have the KEF Q series center, but it is too tall and I don’t have a shelf big enough below

Great speaker for the price. Also got it on sale. Has nice sound for the money.

Using this in a 5.1 setup with a Sony STR DN1080. My space was limited and a center with 5.25" or 6.5" drivers would not fit. This S35 fit perfectly and sounds very good for its small size. The 6-3" drivers provide a wide sound field. Dialog is very clear from this unit. Very happy with the purchase.
